How to Play FusionFall with the Legacies Game Client
Download the game client here: [To be released]
Un-archive the game files into a new folder. Use the application "Legacies - Dev.exe" to launch.
Once the game is installed and launched, you can select a server.
Legacies Retro
Our first server, currently in its beta stage, is running Retro with added locations and NPCs you may not have seen all in one place! Including Monster Island, you can also find Drew Saturday, Johnny Bravo, Flapjack and Bubbie the Whale. Ice King and his penguins are currently residing in Pokey Oaks South, including the ice structure from the Retro event. To top things off, snow will be falling all winter!
Legacies Academy
This is our Academy server, running the Academy version of the game which includes a unique tutorial and locations such as Providence HQ and the Null Void.
Select the server you want and click "Connect" to be brought to the login screen.
The first time you launch the game, it may take a moment to download the game files.
As the prompt states, your account will be created the first time you type in a new username and password. These fields are case-sensitive.
Don't lose this information! Account recovery is not guaranteed.
After logging in for the first time you will be brought to the character creation menu.
Customize your character as desired. You can change your clothes later, but your body and features are permanent.
Next is the tutorial.
Did you know that you can skip the tutorial?
Veteran players will be happy to learn that you can skip the tutorial sequence by pressing the tilde key on your keyboard.
The Time Machine
After completing the tutorial you will be presented with the option to use the Time Machine right away, which skips the first three levels of the game. If you're playing on the Dev server we recommend staying in the Future, since new content will be added there.
