How to show widget with related (tags) content? (1 Viewer)

In some of my forums I would like to display a widget with related content in the sidebar. The widget should show posts with the same thread tags (one or all tags).
In XF1.x there was an addon for this. Does anyone have a tip on how I could implement this?
