I have come up with a new farming item, of which can be purchased from the Anita NPC on the upstairs floor of the Farmhouse. This item is called the "Row-Hoe". Upon tilling dirt, all of the dirt that is in the direction in which you are facing will be tilled. The price of this item from the NPC should be similar to:
Gold Medal x1
Jacob's Ticket x48
